Short Courses at Mindlogik Academy offer you relevant, practitioner-focused business and management courses. Instead of sitting in a lecture our approach is  hands-on and business tools focused.

 1. Business courses and follow-up coaching

Our teaching philosophy is that training is more than simply teaching you a skill set.

We teach using a hands-on approach to develop business skills but the importance of contextualising training  to personal and business requirements cannot be over emphasied. As business mapping specialists we recognise and maximise on this approach.

2. System Integrations including Smart phone integration

We provide total set up of business systems.  

Services include Microsoft Small Business Server, Sharepoint setup and MindManager, Project Management, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office integraton. 

We also provide Blackberry, Android  and Iphone integration services (e.g. Blackberry Server and BlackBerry Enterprise Server), incuding Mobile DEvice Server (MDS). 

3. Custom Template and add-in development  

We do not believe in an out of the box one size fits all approach.  We build business templates based on identified  business processes.The focus of our approach is resolving business bottlenecks  and improving communication. We sit down with you and your teams and work on identifying business  process and issues and then developing a system that works for your business.

4. Project Management Templates 

Our THINK BLUE Project Mapping Methodology provides you with a full set of project management templates plus an easy to use Project Management Guide that links the project management process to project mapping methodologies. You get the full template pack as a clean slate to immediately start implementing as a business project management tool.

After a series of discussions with university professionals, project managers and various stakeholders Jonathan Baker endeavored to create a product that could be used across industries and on a global scale. Seeking to optimise how information mapping could be applied to project environments. It was critical that this was not pure theory, and not personal exclusive thoughts on such a vast subject. While confident in the discipline of project management this application was developed based on the input, views and opinions of respected professionals who where currently engaged in projects of their own to create a tool that could be used by all for the maximum benefit of any given project.

The end result far exceeds or initial  expectations. With the outcome being a package that is extremely intuitive to use, versatile in application and that reflects the heart and combined knowledge of industry professionals across the world.
